Return Policy
Merchandise returned should be sent via some method of certified shipping and delivery. Returns must be in original packaging (please pack items with protective material such as bubble-wrap) and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. No refunds or exchanges for items purchased at tradeshows.
Full refund provided for merchandise returned within 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days, a 20% restock fee will be assessed, and the customer issued store credit.
No credit given for shipping charges. Credit will not be issued for closeout or discontinued items. Items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear and tear will not be given credit.
Damaged merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase date along with a copy of the invoice. Please inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify Rancho Trading Co. within 10 days of any damage. Rancho Trading Co. reserves the right to repair or replace damaged merchandise.
All sales final on special order quantities and custom or personalized pieces. All sales final on items purchased at a tradeshow events. No exchanges or refunds for custom orders or NSD (National Sales Director selected) items.
Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 90 days from date of purchase. |
